Freelance Site Agent needed to join a well-established contractor delivering a range of projects for the Environmental Agency across Yorkshire. Due to a consistently busy workload, this role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of works within the water industry.

The Role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project programmes and schedules
  • Coordinating site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Monitoring project budgets and financial performance
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a Site Agent role within the utilities or civil engineering sectors
  • Experience delivering water industry projects, reactive maintenance schemes, or rehabilitation works
  • Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations and project delivery processes

Remuneration:

  • £350.00 per day (dependent on experience)
